Role Overview
As a Night Shift Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our brand. You will work independently and collaboratively within a remote or hybrid setting to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
