The Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the voice of our brand, assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our internal database systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
