Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications during night operations.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to services in Seattle, WA and local North Carolina regions.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
