Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures under supervision
- Perform basic clinical tasks including vital signs and EKGs
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative duties
- Participate in 8-week paid training program
- Comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- No prior medical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong desire to learn healthcare skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be available for training (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
