Responsibilities
- Complete 160-hour clinical training program
- Master EKG, phlebotomy, and patient intake procedures
- Assist physicians with examinations and treatments
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Administer injections and vital sign monitoring
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency
- San Diego residency preferred
