Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and HubSpot to optimize ROI
- Create compelling content including blog posts, social media copy, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data and segmentation
- Coordinate with design teams to produce marketing collateral and assets
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Support event planning and execution for local and virtual marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms
- Strong writing skills with portfolio demonstrating content creation
- Basic graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite
