Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Support email marketing campaigns by designing newsletters and managing subscriber lists
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Update and maintain the company website using WordPress
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and blog content
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize PPC campaigns
- Organize and track marketing assets in our content management system
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Local candidates preferred; must be able to work on-site 2 days/week
