As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support our full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital channels while gaining hands-on experience in SEO, content strategy, and analytics. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Execute social media marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist in developing SEO-optimized blog posts and website content
- Manage email marketing workflows using HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and create monthly reports
- Coordinate with design team on promotional materials and digital assets
- Support market research and competitive analysis initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing internship or assistant experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media tools
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio samples
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
