Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics
- Assist in SEO optimization and content creation for company websites and blogs
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives and manage CRM databases
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Support event planning and execution for virtual and local marketing initiatives
- Prepare regular performance reports and track campaign ROI
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media scheduling tools
- Strong written communication skills with experience in copywriting
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license for occasional local travel
