Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage our audience.
- Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for blog posts, newsletters, and advertisements that resonate with local and national audiences.
- SEO & Analytics: Assist in optimizing web content for search engines and track performance metrics using Google Analytics.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of local marketing events and community outreach programs.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collateral Support: Work with the design team to produce brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable.
- Organizational: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
