Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels.
- Manage and monitor daily social media posts, responding to inquiries and engaging with the community.
- Create compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, and basic graphics using design tools.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for local events.
