Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email newsletters, and content marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Assist in developing SEO-optimized blog content and website copy
- Support market research initiatives to identify emerging trends in the Phoenix market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement activities
- Contribute A/B testing strategies for landing pages and email campaigns
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships welcome)
- Basic proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
