Responsibilities
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and email newsletters.
- Content Management: Oversee the company blog and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of trade shows, local events, and community outreach programs in the Reno area.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Customer Support: Serve as the point of contact for marketing inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize the marketing equipment library, ensuring all tools are in working order for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional, high-conversion copy.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Understanding of the Reno, NV market and local business landscape is highly preferred.
