Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Create compelling blog posts, graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support email marketing initiatives by drafting newsletters and analyzing open rates/engagement metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing collateral aligns with business objectives.
- Organize and maintain the marketing calendar and project files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
