Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports
- Manage and update company website content using CMS platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for marketing material production
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and optimization
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and marketing databases
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and brand voice
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Local Baton Rouge residency strongly preferred
