Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms
- Assist in creating compelling content including blog posts, graphics, and video assets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
- Manage social media calendars and engage with online communities
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimization
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for campaign execution
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Local Anchorage residency strongly preferred
