Responsibilities
- Attend and successfully complete our 4-week intensive on-the-job training program to master our products and services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and meet monthly performance targets.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and mentorship programs to refine your skills.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare for advancement into higher-level management roles based on performance and attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to learn new skills is the most important qualification.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
