Responsibilities
- Participate in daily training sessions and workshops to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Tampa area.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies and improve team performance.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Tampa office.
