Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscapes through quantitative/qualitative research
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present compelling future narratives to investors, board members, and enterprise clients
- Mentor a team of 3 futurist analysts while fostering a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
