- Code Excellence: Establish and enforce coding standards, review architectural proposals, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Containerization: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
