Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines that integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum processing units.
- Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers and data scientists to implement microservices based on hybrid computing architectures.
- Define the technical roadmap for our transition to post-quantum cryptography and distributed ledger technologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring to ensure engineering excellence and scalability across the organization.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-performance technical solutions.
- Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure ultra-low-latency processing in edge environments and cloud ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering or high-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) and their practical application to real-world problems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Experience with high-availability systems and cloud-native development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
