Job Description
We are pioneering the 2026 Era of Intelligence, bridging the gap between advanced generative AI and quantum processing. We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to define the technological roadmap for our upcoming quantum-neural hybrid platform.
In this role, you will design the foundational algorithms that will power the next generation of autonomous systems. You will work at the intersection of deep learning and quantum logic to solve problems deemed impossible for classical computers today.
Why this role? This is not just a job; it is a chance to define the infrastructure of the future. You will have autonomy, a massive budget, and the backing of top-tier investors.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the development of proprietary neural architectures optimized for post-silicon computing environments.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid quantum-classical models to enhance processing speed and accuracy for predictive AI systems.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of 10+ researchers in publishing breakthrough papers and securing patents for next-gen algorithms.
- System Optimization: Tune large language models (LLMs) for ultra-low latency in edge computing environments.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with hardware manufacturers to integrate software with next-generation AI chips.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and understanding of quantum supremacy milestones.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior talent.
