Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 'Vision 2026' AI ecosystem, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable models.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of scaling machine learning models to production environments handling millions of requests per day.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
