Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures designed for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Neural Network architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Define and enforce architectural standards to ensure system reliability and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model training pipelines and inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing systems for large-scale language models or generative AI.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in uncharted territory.
