Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support this).
