Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and security profiles.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our knowledge base.
- Participate in the setup and deployment of new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong desire to learn and develop new technical skills rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
