Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex network infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Train users on new technologies and system updates
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and TCP/IP protocols

- Valid New Mexico driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
