Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment
- Monitor system performance and document IT operations using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security protocols and system updates
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in IT asset inventory management and maintenance
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work with hardware components
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
