Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve common technical problems.
- Log and track IT support tickets in our ticketing system.
- Conduct routine hardware audits and inventory checks.
- Learn and support cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating operating systems, web browsers).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
