Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of large datasets from various internal sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of data processes and documentation for the team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions regarding data strategy.
- Learn and apply basic data modeling techniques under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for training purposes.
