Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Modeling: Assist in developing and maintaining simple data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Documentation: Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role (internships included).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and a basic understanding of SQL.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
