Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the senior analytics team to identify trends and patterns in complex data.
- Maintain and update the company's database systems and documentation.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong interest in data analysis, statistics, or technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn.
