- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve product/service inquiries using CRM tools
- Document all interactions in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Support seasonal promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0-2 years customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
