Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage IT asset inventory and assist with procurement processes.
- Assist with network configuration and basic security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
