- Participate in daily training modules and certification preparation
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Support end-users across 500+ company devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
