Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar innovation methodology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
