Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and demonstrate features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and support inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
