Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate visits.
- Onboarding: Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork, system access, and orientation materials are prepared and distributed efficiently.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing general inquiries and assisting in resolving workplace conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system (Workday/BambooHR), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment periods and answering questions regarding health insurance and leave policies.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company-wide employee engagement events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in administrative support is considered.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR-related role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
