Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle employee onboarding process, including orientation and paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all timesheets and data are verified.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support performance management and conflict resolution initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or administrative support.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
