- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to understand technical requirements and market needs.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
