Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, ensure paperwork is completed accurately, and facilitate the integration of new employees.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries, open enrollment, and process benefits-related changes.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions and resolve routine employee concerns.
- HR Projects: Support various HR projects, such as policy updates, performance reviews, and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
