Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage employee onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (ATS systems).
- Coordinate company events, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement activities.
- Answer general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
