Responsibilities

- Develop expertise in customer account management, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Learn fraud detection protocols and regulatory compliance (BSA, AML) under supervision
- Build exceptional customer service skills through role-playing scenarios and live customer interactions
- Assist with branch operations including inventory management and security protocols
- Participate in weekly training modules covering banking software, products, and sales techniques
- Shadow experienced tellers and relationship managers to understand full banking ecosystem
- Contribute to branch goals by learning cross-selling strategies for banking products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash with 100% accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
