Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Learn and implement bank security protocols and compliance standards
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and transaction records
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Assist with branch operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Tennessee residency required
