Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Master cash handling procedures and ATM maintenance protocols
- Learn to identify and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and banking products
- Adhere to strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance standards
- Participate in cross-training for personal banking services and digital banking platforms
- Support branch operations by assisting with safe deposit services and record-keeping

Qualifications
