Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries efficiently
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions using advanced banking systems
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Train on advanced digital banking platforms and emerging fintech solutions
- Support branch operations through cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
