Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
- Operate core banking software systems and self-service technology
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial expertise
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
