Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards)
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (AML, BSA, KYC) protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and utilize core banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Participate in branch security drills and emergency procedures
- Complete monthly compliance training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Valid Indiana driver's license (required for branch rotations)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Professional appearance and communication skills
