Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized financial solutions and proactive relationship building
- Master branch systems including cash handling, check processing, and digital banking platforms
- Participate in weekly training modules covering fraud prevention, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Support branch operations through inventory management, vault reconciliation, and audit preparation
- Collaborate with wealth management team to identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Maintain clean and organized workspace while adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience with cash handling responsibility
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail in financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
