Responsibilities
- Process 80+ daily transactions with 99.8% accuracy while maintaining compliance with federal banking regulations
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations and cross-selling bank products
- Operate multi-currency transactions and reconcile daily cash balances using advanced banking software
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies and fraud prevention protocols
- Participate in weekly training modules covering anti-money laundering procedures and digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with commercial banking teams to support business client needs and relationship management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial data per FINRA and SEC guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3.0+ GPA; college graduates in Finance/Business preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with cash handling responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software (e.g., Quicken, QuickBooks)
- Excellent mathematical aptitude with ability to perform complex calculations without calculator
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for Corpus Christi market)
- Valid Texas Notary Public Commission or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass FBI background check and credit score above 650
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
